Group/DivisionKLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.
  • Organize and implement a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services and associated systems information.
  • Assist in developing logistic plans, procedures and ISO documentations.
  • In close cooperation with various departments, suggest and execute improvement projects to ensure a smooth resolution process.
  • Conduct trainings and alignment to the respective stake holders including 3PL.
  • Assist to manage the entire project: requirements discovery, technical solutioning, project execution, UAT testing till full implementation.
  • Interpret data on logistics elements
  • Analyze logistics processes to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cost.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance measures.
  • Apply analytic methods or tools to understand, predict, or control logistics operations or processes to optimize service levels

  • Degree/Diploma in logistics or related studies with at least 1 year experience in related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical ability: good with numbers, spreadsheets, charts, and data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
  • Ability to receive raw data and extract rational conclusions
  • Good knowledge of ERP system. SAP highly preferred
  • Good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and time management
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
