Job Description

  • Perform general duties such as incoming shipments, order processing of FA, FBP, WFJ stock allocation orders, Chanel FBP boutique consignment stock and SPM, return management, travel retail orders, office orders request, and ad-hoc request
  • Generate monthly staff purchase, quarterly staff allowances
  • Responsible for local delivery scheduling and generation of local delivery instructions to transporter via WMS
  • Coordination with various divisions to support the daily logistics and distribution operations
  • Communicate and liase with various internal and external parties and forwarders pertaining to outgoing shipments/orders
  • Collate and generate monthly KPI reports
  • Ensure all orders and documents are efficiently file and index
  • Work closely and be the main interface between division and warehouse operation team
  • Attend to enquiries on FA, WFJ and FBP, local deliveries, outgoing shipments and others
  • Assist to cover duties on order processing as and when required
  • Assist to raise PRO for logistics auxiliary purchases and quotation
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Manager

Work Experience
  • At least 2 or 3 years of relevant working experiences in the retail industry
  • Proficient in Ms Office and knowledge with Warehouse Management System
