This role gives you the opportunity to develop long term and rewarding compensation and benefits programs, identify market trends and craft proposals to ensure our client remains competitive in light of those trends.
This role is responsible for the development and implementation of regional rewards strategy, guidelines and systems, in line with the organisation’s C&B guidelines and the regional HR strategy, to ensure an optimal return on reward in the region.
