Job Description
Digital Campaign and Content
  • Assist in the formulation of lead generation campaign strategies to build a lasting digital connection between Financial Consultants and their customers
  • Oversee contest incentives redemption
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing and Web Ops to develop, execute, and monitor digital campaign
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update Manulife public website, and ensure content is compliant with company policies
  • Analyse and prepare reports on overall campaign performance
  • To comply with company's Data Protection policy in relation to collection, use, storage, and disposal of personal or sensitive data
  • Maintain partnership with digital agencies
  • Partner with Brand and Sponsorship team on the management of digital branding elements
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, and distribute to Financial Consultants through various online communication channels

CRM Marketing
  • Manage the quality and consistency of data capture on Manulife public website
  • Run data capture workshops with internal stakeholders, educating them on the importance of capturing good quality data and its use in driving customer retention and loyalty
  • Implement tactical prospect and customer lifecycle marketing campaigns via marketing automation platform
  • Develop an on-site refer-a-friend programme to drive new leads

Leads Qualification
  • Setup a sales prospecting workflow to improve lead quality and assign qualified opportunities to Financial Consultants
  • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to determine necessary lead response approaches
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate Financial Consultants with calls-to-action
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to lead management tool
