Job Description


  1. Ensure delivery of quality Operational efficiency and Service within Investment Operations
  2. Ensure assigned tasks are processed in accordance with agreed service levels
  3. Ensure processing accuracy of all the work performed
  4. Work closely with business users and project team members on solutioning/project initiation & implementation
  5. Perform business analysis and lead the requirements gathering with business users. Propose alternate solutions to meet or improve the desired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions.
  6. Lead solutioning effort and support business users during UAT and post-implementation phases. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues
  7. Ensure compliance with all Internal and external regulations and policies

*LI-VW Qualifications
  1. University degree with minimum 6 - 8 years of work experience in Banking Operations
  2. Knowledge/working experience in Unit Trust or CPF/SRS scheme will be an added advantage
  3. Ability to lead, motivate & manage a team of processing staffs
  4. Possess good communication & problem solving skills
  5. Ability to multitask and willing to take on new challenges
