Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and execute the recruitment strategy to achieve the company's hiring objectives
  • Evaluate effectiveness of existing channels, and constantly explore new ways to attract and reach out to potential candidates
  • Establish strong relationships with campus career services offices and student organization to drive collaborations in line with hiring strategies
  • Plan, coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events such as career fairs, corporate visits, webinars to maintain consistent employer brand presence
  • Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes
  • Gather, analyse and create dashboard on market recruitment trends and internal recruitment data and make recommendations that align with company's hiring objectives
  • Maintain statistical reports to track, analyse and update recruitment statistics for internal reviews
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimally a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a recruitment or HR Generalist role
  • A good understanding of Singapore's talent market. Experience in education industry will be an added advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
