We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a global team of Technical Partner Managers (TPM) that help third party partners build and operate on the Meta platform, identify market and data-based insights, and drive key business goals. TPMs work cross functionally with key stakeholders including: partner management, business engineering, developer support engineering, product, growth, and policy teams in order to enable Meta's business partners. Candidates should be comfortable with APIs, technical troubleshooting, and communicating technical topics with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your team will partner with these companies to understand their business and strategic needs, and enable their success by providing consultative services and creative solutions to challenging product issues. As a team leader, you will be responsible for developing strategy, supporting execution, and accountable for team success. This is a hands-on, high execution leadership role which requires excellent business and technical skills. We are looking for a leader with deep domain expertise in developer experience, thought leadership, and product development who can effectively influence strategic investments, product roadmaps, and develop a world class team of autonomous problem solvers. Core responsibilities include the day-to-day management of a global team of technical experts, identifying and executing against large scale projects, and ensuring delivery of high value support for Meta's most important business partners. Manager, Technical Partner Manager, Signals and Measurement Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Meta's strategy in Signals and Measurement business and develop deep understanding of the partnership and product ecosystem

  • Establish and maintain a shared global vision across the larger partnership team by building consensus on priorities and leading roadmap execution.

  • Manage a high performing team of experienced Technical Partner Managers, create a team identity, and develop long term strategy

  • Mentor and continuously develop people's skills and ensure the team is capable of supporting the next generation of products and partners

  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our millions of business partners

  • Become a trusted partner working and influencing cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, product and business teams building a deep understanding of how their teams work, their needs, and collaborate on strategic business opportunities.

  • Influence partners, of various s and maturity level, to develop new solutions and drive new solution integration and adoption

  • Become an expert in the Meta Marketing API, Graph API, Measurement and Signals products, and Meta's business partners in order to provide effective product and technical consultation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.

  • 3+ years of people management experience with a technical team

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • Experience working through ambiguity to develop a strategy, setting aggressive goals, and executing goals

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, partnerships/business development, professional services, such as management consulting or investment banking, or equivalent

  • Project management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel

  • Ability to understand, reproduce, and drive bugs and other issues with the Engineering team

  • Experience in executive communications: gaining buy-in for large initiatives and effectively updating cross functional stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to manage multiple partners, projects, and issues at once

  • Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting

  • Experience learning and shifting priorities, while maintaining organization and control

  • Proven leadership experience planning and executing complex projects in cross-functional environments (product, marketing, engineering, etc.)

  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

  • Experience working and communicating with highly technical management teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Meta's family of apps & products

  • Experience working with Measurement/Data partners
