Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative campaigns for Singtel video products, focusing on OTT (CAST) to drive appeal and conversions. This includes developing, enhancing, and executing programs to connect with the target audience across platforms, focusing on digital platforms to drive CAST subscriptions. This includes the evaluation of the effectiveness of the marketing plans week on week to optimize media buys and enable data-driven marketing.
  • Use data-centric insight generation and customer journey mapping to find comms opportunities to delight the customer and enhance the stickiness of CAST and provide strong brand experience to customers.
  • Working with business teams and customer loyalty teams to identifying new opportunities within Singtel's platform, as well as with external parties and media agencies to drive revenue across existing Singtel base and lead all Go-To-Market plans of CAST packs across a varied category of genres - including Asian, Movies, Korean, Ethnic, Sports etc.
  • Develop full year planning for CAST across genre packs, which include communication strategies, brand building, media strategies and A&P budget.
  • Full accountability in supporting key business drivers KPIs that include Gross Adds, ARPU, revenue for Singtel core products and Add-ons, which includes Singtel TV and CAST.
  • Responsible for improving branding imagery, aligning brand guidelines across other marketing functions and provide a strong brand experience to Singtel's products.
  • Growing CAST beyond a marketplace for video entertainment - to a marketplace for video, lifestyle and productivity apps/services.

Requirement:
  • BSC marketing and/or communications
  • At least 3 years in digital marketing/communications experience.
  • Good understanding of digital ads that includes creation, formats & copywriting.
  • Good understanding of marketing funnel to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns across omnichannel business.
  • Good experience in ATL & BTL marketing activities.
  • Experience in a fast pace environment.
  • Knowledge of content interests and keen interest in trending topics across genres
