Job Description

With the focus to strengthen our local clientele in 2021 and beyond, the role of a Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing marketing administrations, supporting the implementation and following up on marketing activities according to the events calendar of Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry to ensure seamless execution and bringing client experience with Chanel Singapore to a new height.
Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities:
1. Client and Press Engagement Administrations
  • Identify, source, coordinate and execute all personalized client & Press engagement activities to support the client loyalty program and Press engagement gestures:
    • Manage procurement and logistics of sending out Birthday/ Special Occasion/ Festivity/ Year End gifting
    • Provide briefing to vendors and validate designs of flower arrangement for client gifting
    • Prepare script for digital card / e-submission and gifting messages
    • Provide support to any other personalization gestures for top/ high-end client / Press treatments
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all ad-hoc personalized and 1-1 client engagement requests from the boutiques

2. Marketing and Events Administrations
  • Provide support in Fashion and WFJ CRM campaigns by:
    • Planning EDM calendar and setting up EDM assets
    • Writing campaign briefs, manage target setting and verify client listing for EDM and Digital cards
    • Prepare client message script
  • Prepare Support in the coordination and execution of all boutique activations and engagements from start to finish:
    • Extract, cleanup, verify, reconcile Client targeting list and make amendments if necessary
    • Coordinate the sending out of invitations, RSVP with verified client / press information
    • Manage the selection of F&B menus, flower arrangement and gifting that is relevant to the events
    • Liaise with Boutique on any preparation work including but not limited to assets, calligraphy, sourcing of props, printing etc.
    • Prepare Post event reports
  • Respond to any ad hoc request such as preparing CRM data and client lists, CRM Campaign effectiveness tracking
  • Review Fashion and WFJ Gifting Guidelines and Partnership listing
  • Manage Year end gifting for vendors
  • Provide support on any related projects

3. Data maintenance and Reports
  • Ensure all data is kept confidential, safe, private and client data managed in line with PDPA laws
  • Provide data extraction support to support data analysis and development of ROI reports
  • Monitor market and consolidate notable executions on events, gifting, client engagements for sharing to provide feedback to regional teams to feed global insights
  • Support with data validation, perform UAT and coordinate with external consulting agency for the implementation of key CRM project (Pioneer)

4. Other Marketing Operations
  • Ensure consistent and up to date documentation of all expenses to support budget synchronization
  • Manage all purchase requisitions from start to finish: Vendor creation, PRO creation and amendments, Packing slip confirmations
  • Manage all tools requisition and retrieval: Collection brochures, digital assets, gifts, cards
  • Maintain a clear and accurate inventory of all tools in DC, office, florist, mailing house, wine and champagne distributor
  • Client data maintenance: Verify, check, and update all client data on Salesforce

Person Specifications
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, meticulous and possess strong organizational skills, with at least 1 year work experience preferably in similar capacity. This position will require the individual to be able to multi-task and time manage effectively across multiple tasks to support overlapping projects for smooth and timely executions. As such, the successful candidate should be a good communicator, efficient planner and team player.

  • Open to changes, keen interest in learning and a strong sense of curiosity
  • Up to date with trends and what is new, interesting, fresh in the market
