Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
CRM
.CRM analytics reports to provide client insights and propose action plan to close business gaps
.Plan and prepare briefs and assets for monthly communication campaigns
.Lead planning, organization and execution of CRM events to engage and loyalise clients
.Plan and support roll-out of CRM program initiatives (welcome, birthday, year end gift, etc)
.Support planning, updates and execution of CRM projects (eg. automation journey)
.Manage FBP customer service mailbox for marketing and CRM related queries
Digital
.Manage updates and enhancements UATs (user acceptance tests) for Chanel.com
.Execution of digital sampling initiatives with Communications team
.Planning and execution of CRM digital projects (microsites, cloud pages)
Cross-Division and External Partnerships
.Identify opportunities and lead execution for cross-division and external collaborations to drive recruitment of new clients into FBP
Chanel Prive & Beauty Lounge
.Work with Store Managers and Skincare team to drive cabin services (improve occupancy and drive conversion)
.Track cabin's performance vs KPIs and propose action plan to meet business objectives
Develop and implement strategy to drive traffic to Beauty Lounge and enhance client experience
Academic / Professional Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications preferred

Work Experience
  • Min 2 years experience in marketing support role
  • Experience in CRM and digital marketing preferred

Required Competencies
  • Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Creative and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organization skills, able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player

Others
  • This role will require working on some weekends
