We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will identify and create opportunities that enrich stakeholders across the region's tech ecosystem, through our Media, Jobs, School and Studios arms.

Leveraging understanding of B2B and B2C product and marketing strategies, this role primarily leads several cross-functional projects. Day-to-day, the focus will be on optimizing key buyer journeys, improving subscription demand and building cross-promotional strategies across product funnels.

To be successful in this role, you need to be able to look through a commercial, creative or customer lens for any given project and translate data and insights into marketing magic.

Responsibilities

  • Be our brand champion. Ensure brand touchpoints convey and enable our mission to build and serve Asia's tech community.
  • Be audience-obsessed. Define target audiences, their motivations/challenges, and TIA's best opportunities to service them.
  • Be constantly engaged with our products, and share data-driven insight for breakthrough product and marketing strategies.
  • Work with database and CRM managers to develop data hygiene and campaign targeting.
  • Lead cross-functional projects - know how to work with Sales, Account Management, Content/Creative, Events, Data, and Product/Tech teams.
  • Build holistic, end-to-end campaigns, by taking ownership of buyer journeys from awareness through to retention.
  • Drive data-driven, end-to-end campaigns that are outcome oriented. Focus first on Media's freemium subscriptions and paid subscription upsell strategies.
  • Work with various Marketing leads to optimize their end-to-end campaign strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience (minimum 3 years of agency or in-house marketing experience)
  • Demonstrable understanding of B2B, B2C and Brand Marketing
  • Extremely organized, logical, and data-driven
  • Able to manage up, down and across, and to prioritize between competing priorities
  • Comfortable leading international, cross-functional projects and teams
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI and buyer journey management across owned/earned media
  • Working knowledge of database/CRM management
  • Productive/efficient in an independent/remote setting
  • Has a growth mindset (not a fixed one)
  • Bonus - Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesian
