DESCRIPTION
As Marketing Operations Manager, you serve as in-region support, training and internal communications in the Asia Pacific (APJ) region for the Email Marketing team (EMT). You'll work with stakeholders in APJ to define the optimal customer experience for email, and create strategies to help achieve their business objectives through the email channel. We're looking for someone who can dive deep to solve problems for our stakeholders and be the voice of the region to our centrally based team.
The ideal candidate will thrive in fast paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and invent and simplify processes.
Key Responsibilities:
. Define and develop key marketing support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business, achieve goal attainment while maintaining a positive customer experience
. Be the voice of our internal stakeholders, identifying and prioritizing APJ roadmap request and communicating any potential risks with new initiatives/strategic projects.
. Participate in APJ planning meetings to help define goals for the email channel
. Use email reporting to identify actionable insights for the APJ market.
. Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
. Lead email marketing training activities for APJ
. Think creatively to determine how to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of the team, including team communication, best practices, etc.
. Serve as in-region support in order to assist the APJ during their working hours
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
. Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred
. Experience of operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed global organization.
. A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable marketing results.
. Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
. Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously.
. Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives
. Proven knowledge of industry tools preferred, such as SalesForce.com and Marketo.
. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study. MBA preferred.
