Responsibilities
a) For the Architect role: - Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. - Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. - Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the development team. - Collaborate with client stakeholder for solutioning and architecture - Assist in the collection and documentation of technical requirements - Estimates and work plans. - Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. - Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. - Package and support deployment of releases. - Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications. - Analyze and resolve technical and application problems. - Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget. - Research and evaluate a variety of software products
b) For the CRM Developer role: - Design and code superior technical solutions. - Well versed on MS Dynamic CRM development best practices. - Create well designed, reusable objects. - Create efficient and logical databases for clients. - Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. - Communicate and enforce best practice coding standards and SharePoint usage. Requirements
  • 5+ years work experience (for the CRM Developer) or 10+ years work experience (for the Architect role) with the following languages and tools: .NET based language (C#, VB.Net)
  • With minimum 2 years architecting experiences
  • Experience in full SDLC of Microsoft Dynamic CRM implementation
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM (2011,2013, 2016, O365) development
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM packaging and custom deployment.
  • Good working knowledge of SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services
  • Experience using Visual Studio or related IDE
  • Experience in development custom batch job using MS CRM SDK
  • Knowledge of best practices for MS CRM development
  • Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric software, with focus on usability
  • Certification in MCP, MCAD, MCSD in .NET or equivalent
