Job Description

• Build and manage the offshore teams and direct all related People/ Process and Technology competencies.
• Formalize internal process to ramp-up expertise of resources 
• Work with SDM on day to day operations.
• Manage client relationship at multiple levels of customer organization
• Manage service levels and go beyond contracted SLA and deliver value add 
• Vendor management • People Management and engagement (Attrition control). 
• Lead in the technology selection and organizational build-up efforts 
• Collaborate with Account management teams to qualify Business expansion opportunities. 
• Identify and manage infrastructure technical standards that are relevant to our customer 
• Produce and maintain the long-term technical architecture strategy and roadmaps, in collaboration with customers and vendors. 
• Secure infrastructure architecture compliance in HCL. 
• Drive research activities and keep updated on market trends. 
• Infrastructure architecture quality assurance and making sure that EA certification is performed in deliveries 
• Support the customer and co-workers with infrastructure architecture guidelines, frameworks, and also specific analysis and recommendations when needed. 
• Work with IT Security and Compliance team to define the security architecture concept that can support customers. 
• Support overall IT strategy with the relevant infrastructure architecture. 
• Define and monitor the application of architectural and technological guidelines, in order to make sure applications and services are designed for operations 
• Overall P&L responsibility. 
• Expansion of services to fill all gamut’s of infrastructure-increase breadth. 
• Focus on project opportunities and transformation initiatives
• ITIL process definitions and implementation
• Automation in service delivery
• Resource management, Utilization and Billing 
• Management reporting 
• Conduct regular in depth service and process audits. 
• Employee retention, motivation and training 
• Focus on grooming people from L1 to L2, L2 to L3 within select timelines

Technical Roles & Responsibilities:
· Should have Cisco and other industry standard networking certifications
· Extensive experience in System Fault Tolerance, Networking Designing, Business continuity and Disaster recovery
· Expertise in the analysis, implementation, troubleshooting & documentation of LAN/WAN architecture and good experience on IP services.
· Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
· Experience in representation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
· In depth understand and troubleshooting skills for data centers Technologies (vPC, VDC, OTV, FEX)
· Expert level knowledge of troubleshooting, implementing, optimizing and testing of static and dynamic routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and ability to interpret and resolve complex route table problem
· Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco devise (Routers Switches l2/l3) Excellent hands-on on Cisco & Meraki Products
· Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki switches MS100, MS200, MS300, MS400
· Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki MX100, MX84 MX250, MX450
· Excellent hands-on in Cisco Meraki WLC/Access point
· Should have excellent knowledge of installing and troubleshooting Meraki Wi-Fi networks
· Handling escalated troubleshooting calls related with Routing, Switching, Wireless, Meraki & VPN
· Excellent hands-on experience on Cisco Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K Series of switches
· Excellent hands-on experience on Wireless LAN technologies – Cisco and Aruba
· Excellent hands-on experience on WAN Acceleration/optimization Riverbed
· Network Management tools – SolarWinds, HPNNMi or Splunk
· Application Load balancers F5 Big IP LTM/GTM or Citrix NetScaler
· Hands-on experience of implementing & Troubleshoot of Infoblox solutions such as IPAM/DHCP/DNS/vDiscovery
· Hands on Experience on DHCP scope creation, DHCP option management understanding about servers, and windows platform
· Should have Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project. knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA's, documentation, Knowledge Bank.
· Experience in AWS or AZURE or any cloud technologies will be an added advantage
Certification:
· ITIL & PMP or equivalent 
· CCIE
