Job Description

This role is for a period of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deliveries with company Storeman as required
  • Manage staff leave applications and actively update management of leave balance
  • Manage staff medical insurance registration, claims and complaints
  • Actively answer office phone and pass on relevant message or transfer call to staff extensions
  • Maintain cleanliness of office and coordinate cleaner's schedule for office locations
  • Ensure pantry and other office supplies is well stocked
  • Follow up with customers and 3rd-party organisations of product collections and payments
  • Issue quotations for adhoc services on behalf of clinical sales units

Requirements:

  • No experience required
  • Well-mannered, friendly and proactive personality
