Job Description

1) Familiarit with Ms Office software (Excel, Word, PPT);

2) Preliminary drafting of correspondences on the manager’s behalf, write emails, memos and letter;

3) Fluent communication in Chinese and Chinese Report Making;

4) Provide translation support/interpretation/administrative support for the office including various request from time to time;

5) Translation document English-Chinese, Chinese-English (as the case maybe);

6) Assist in arranging the meeting, agendas of meetings, minutes of meetings, a theme of meetings, notices, keeping records and/or taking minutes of Management meetings including translating such minutes into English or Chinese (as the case may be);

7) Consolidated Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual) and design the format of reports;

8) Coordination and follow up the progress of the tasks assigned by the leader, and report to the leader/supervisor;

9) Keep track of office contracts, manage general files and records, maintaining a logical organisation system so they can easily access and send information when requested;

10) Support the handling of foreigner employees’ house matters;

11) Assist in the arrangement, implementation, inspection, supervision and implementation of the specific tasks assigned by the leader/supervisor;

12) Responsible for any other adhoc tasks assigned by the leader/supervisor and making timely reporting.

Requirements:

· Diploma/ Degree or above in secretarial, management, administration;

· Bilingual in English and Chinese;

· Good communication skills and ability to write fluently in both English and Chinese language (liaise with Chinese speaking counterpart)

· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

· Proactive, team player, thoughtful, with a high level of time management skills;

· Ability in writing Chinese and shorthand skills, strong judgment and decision-making ability, planning and execution ability; team player; public relations ability, calm response to emergencies; strong learning ability;

· Working location: Alexandra Road

· Working days & Time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

· Can start work immediately
