Job Description

About the Assignment:
The successful candidate will work closely with country teams and other local stakeholders across the region to define linkages between strategic objectives and process improvements. He/she will collect data, identify gaps, review and redesign processes and explore automation possibilities to improve the efficiency and efficacy of operations. The role will support the team to drive strategic initiatives by re-imagining new or existing operations and solving complex operational problems.
The Core Objectives:
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of current operational processes regionally - across all verticals from to identify opportunities for standardization and improvement.
Lead project teams to develop and execute sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvement initiatives. This includes ensuring processes are fully enforced and reviewed periodically.
Drive standardization and documentation of processes, ensuring changes are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
Design, lead and execute automation projects to reduce manual processes and automate reporting
Design reports and performance measurement dashboards, together with our analytics team, to support the team’s operational and strategic projects.
Essential Experience / Criteria:
Minimally bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of experience.
Able to implement effective operational processes and identify opportunities for continuous performance improvement
Excellent problem solving, decision making and analytical skills to develop a variety of complex policies and procedures with minimal guidance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to exert influence without direct line authority
Highly adaptable across situations and industries
Proven track record of conceiving, documenting and implementing new processes
Excellent stakeholder management skills and executive presence to be able to influence leaders across the organization.
The ability to analyze and present data comprehensively and accurately, with the drive to execute on actionable findings.
The flexibility to work cross-functionally, independently or virtually in a minimally structured and fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
Previous experience with managing projects related to operational excellence
