Our Manufacturing Operations teams are the people that make our products. We work in the manufacturing plants with a Safety First, Quality Always mindset striving for continuous improvement. We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
In this role, you will assist the Senior Manager, Operations in all aspects of production activities and in particular technical support in all aspects of equipment / facilities. You will serve as expert in all aspect of production activities in particular technical support of all production equipment and facilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This is a contract role for One (1) year. To be successful in this role, you should possess Bachelor’ Degree in Engineering/Science or relevant field. Candidate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred. In this role, Project management is a must and knowledge of applicable safety and GMP regulations is required. Other personnel Attributes include:
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Must command respect of those not directly supervised
• Must have strong follow-up and closure skills
