THE OPPORTUNITY:

In this role, you will assist the Senior Manager, Operations in all aspects of production activities and in particular technical support in all aspects of equipment / facilities. You will serve as expert in all aspect of production activities in particular technical support of all production equipment and facilities.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities with Maintenance team and IPT Planner. Coordinate management of activities that interfere with production in order to reduce downtime.
  • Serve as landlord for facility. Manage notification system for Operations staff and Maintenance team to correct deficiencies in housekeeping, maintenance, and facility-related procedures.
  • Manage materials and supplies storage and logistics within facility.
  • Lead/participate in MPS related activities to instil continuous improvement mindset in the Operation team.
  • Lead Annual product review (APR) activities for the IPT operations.
  • Participate in equipment commissioning, including FAT / SAT.
  • Lead operations related global change management process and track changes to completion where applicable.
  • Lead/ Participate in HAZOP Studies, FMEA, RCFA, Industrial Hygiene related activities
  • Lead/Participate in operations relate Quality Notification management including all CAPAs management.
  • Participate in internal, external and Quality and Corporate Safety, health & Environmental audits and follow-up on corrective actions and Preventive actions.
  • Generate SOP's for plant operation in accordance with cGMP and conduct training.
  • Carry out specific administrative tasks as instructed by the Senior Manager, Operations.
  • Manage the Operations supply system, including coordination with Planner/Buyer and Maintenance Team, to ensure that material and supply inventories are maintained at appropriate inventory levels.
  • Act as Grant of Authority (GOA) for Senior Manager, Operations
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by the Manager.

ABOUT YOU:

This is a contract role for One (1) year. To be successful in this role, you should possess Bachelor’ Degree in Engineering/Science or relevant field. Candidate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred. In this role, Project management is a must and knowledge of applicable safety and GMP regulations is required. Other personnel Attributes include:

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Must command respect of those not directly supervised
• Must have strong follow-up and closure skills
