Responsibilities
As a trusted advisor and partner to the business, you will drive business effectiveness through people interventions strategies. You will understand business strategies and challenges to determine the implications on the workforce, identify future workforce capability needs and implement appropriate people development solutions. You will perform business reviews and develop appropriate people strategies to improve business performance and productivity. You will drive the adoption of progressive organisational development, talent management, leadership development and coaching programs to enable sustainable business growth.
Key Requirements
You will have at least 10 years of organisational development experience gained in a reputable global corporate or / and consulting firm. Business-focused, outcome-driven and credible, you have led highly complex people intervention and organisational development projects towards successful business outcomes.
