Job Description
You play a vital role in providing personalised service to patients and the public by assisting them with their phone enquiries, as well as scheduling appointments. You will also be required to liaise with the various departments pertaining to patients’ appointments. Selected candidate will be offered employment under Singapore Health Services (Corporate HQ).
Job Requirements

  • GCE O/N Level or Certificate in Office Skills/Business Studies (COS/CBS)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Pleasant disposition with good communication skills

  • Fluency in a second language or dialect(s) will be an advantage (to liaise with non-English speaking patients)
