  • Establish good rapport and provide quality care to our patients
  • Work closely with our team of doctors and colleagues to address patient needs and requests
  • Handle phone call and email enquiries from patients
  • Coordinate and assist patient with appointment bookings
  • Act as service ambassador in ensuring a smooth patient journey and experience in the center
  • Involve in planning and implementing systems and processes to improve our patient experience
  • Monitor, collate data on patient care related issues and report to appropriate departments for actions
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent with at least 1-2 years working experience
  • Experience in Customer Service or Proficiency in more than one Asian Language will be an added advantage
  • Patient, enjoy meeting and working with patients
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work proactively, independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
