Job Description

Responsibilities:


1. Preparation of:

  • Monthly payrolls, annual Forms IR8A/IR8E and ad-hoc Forms IR21
  • Online / cheque payments and expense reimbursements
  • Management accounts and statutory financial statements
  • Quarterly GST returns and MAS Forms

2. Ensure timely submission of deliverables to clients


3. Other ad-hoc assignments


Requirements:


1. Degree/ACCA/Diploma holders in Accountancy or Business Studies


2. Sound understanding and application of payroll requirements and accounting standards


3. Meticulous, organized and possesses a flair for numbers


4. Good command of English, both written and oral


5. Good interpersonal skills and strong team player


6. Working knowledge of the following is preferred:

  • Payroll system such as TimesPay
  • Accounting system such as Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite and SAP
  • Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
