Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and coordinate the timely collection of input data in the payroll process, such as employee data, time & attendance data, compensation and benefits data, T&E data and payroll payment data
- Review and approve payroll payment data and any payroll result adjustments
- Review and approve regulatory submissions, such as NS leave, government paid leave and tax (e.g. IR8A, IR8B, IR8S) reporting
- Review payroll reports and oversee resolution of employee payroll queries
- Ensure SOPs are reviewed and updated regularly
- Ensure that service is delivered to customers in accordance with pre-defined Service Level Agreements
- Support Payroll Manager in establishing KPIs and goals for the Payroll Administration team and evaluating the team’s performance throughout the year
- Provide coaching and guidance to the Payroll Administration team
- Cultivate customer service mindset and promote collaboration between the Keppel FSSC teamsJOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Business / Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in Finance and / or HR
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of supervisory or team management experience
- Good accounting knowledge and application of Singapore FRS, Employment Act and other manpower-related regulations
- Displays analytical thinking, meticulousness and the ability to work under tight timelines
- Demonstrates ability to lead and manage teams
- Knowledge of SAP and ticketing tools is advantageousBUSINESS UNIT
