Job Description:

· Assist in payroll preparation via payroll system

· Generate payslips for employees

· Update and ensure proper records of employees’ leaves and attendance record

· Assist in monthly reports preparation

· Prepare invoices and billing reports

· Required to cover reception duties

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor


Requirements:

· Minimum GCE O level or NITEC in Office Skills qualification

· No experience required – training will be provided

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Experience in payroll software i.e. EasyPay will be preferred
