Job Description


Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and office management support
  • Managed CEO and COO's calendars and assist with appointment setup and scheduling, coordinating of internal and external meetings
  • Assist with expenses reports and claims
  • Handle employees insurance , work permit application and preparation of employment letter
  • Maintain workplace safety and health and act as office fire warden
  • Type minutes for various meetings and ensure that action plans are executed and follow up accordingly in order to meet project deadline
  • Manage office budget and responsible for overseeing the general operation of office and facilities management
  • Key person for maintenance, repair, billing and mailing
  • Edit presentation slides and compile
  • Manage clients and suppliers contract and renewal
  • Price negotiations with vendors for office supplies, equipment , service providers and office lease
  • Responsible for organising company festive lunch and events
Requirements
  • Tertiary education with at least 3 years of experience in secretarial roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in supporting multiple individuals
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, independent and pro-active
  • Able to multi-task and at the same time ensure high level of accuracy of works produced

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 year agency contract employment.
