The Role Responsibilities

Support both the Head, PRB Group Processes, P3 %26amp; Cash Compensation and Head, PRB Group Processes, Performance Management in the planning and execution of the P3 processes (e.g. Objectives setting, Mid Year Conversations and year end review).
    • Planning
      • Oversee the design and implementation of the annual P3 survey questionnaire as part of the Review of the Review (ROTR) process. Analyse the survey results and share them with the wider PRB team.
      • Engage with stakeholders (including HR, People Leaders, colleagues, T%26amp;I, Corporate Affairs and Finance) during the ROTR process to gather feedback and ideas of improvement for the P3 process (governance, timeline, systems, communications, etc) and support ownership of any resulting actions.
      • Support the planning of the upcoming P3 timelines and process taking into consideration the feedback collected during the ROTR and the PRB initiatives.
      • Support the development of process design; and software requirement specifications for any of the systems involved (including Performance Management, P3 Review and P3 statement system).
      • Consider impacts of Project Oscar on non-first adopter groups in planning for 2021 processes.
    • Communication
      • Leading the development of clear communication plans and materials in conjunction with HR and Group Corporate Affairs related to Performance Management, Promotions and Cash Compensation.
      • Seek to ensure senior HR stakeholders are continually informed and aware of key activities and timelines. Provide appropriate governance and messaging to support appropriate outcomes for the Group, managing timely updates to key stakeholders to influence outcomes as required.
      • Collaborate with the AskHR team to build capability and a robust knowledge management database to help enhance the employee/manager experience. Ensure AskHR are briefed on all activities and upcoming communications to employees.
      • Coordinate and provide guidance to PRB and HR stakeholders to ensure robust communication, understanding and adherence to timelines.
      • Lead and manage the Performance Management and P3 Review related contents and materials on myHR and P3 bridge sites.
    • Execution
      • Assist with the delivery of changes to data management, technology upgrades, operational execution and process design.
      • Work closely with and coordinate the P3 Ops, SD%26amp;O and Advisory Support teams in the GBS HR to ensure flawless execution of processes.
      • Work with relevant teams to ensure compliance with Group Standards and processes for outsourcing arrangements

Our Ideal Candidate
  • First degree and further professional qualification (e.g. accountancy, tax, legal)
  • Proven track record in own area of specialism (min 2-4 years)
  • Excellent communication: clear oral and written skills; effective questioning and active listening
  • Experience of business analysis and/or project management
  • Experience working in an international reward function is highly advantageous, including delivery of core HR products and process such as payroll and benefits
  • Focus on high standards, quality and high attention to detail
  • Highly analytical and numerate
  • Ability to multi-task within a complex structure and deliver business outcomes
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge/skills e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong work orientation, taking ownership to deliver
  • Collaboration will be key to success given the multitude of teams the role interfaces with
  • Assertive, tenacious and willing to challenge when required
