Responsibilities:

• Creates powerful solution demos and scripts that enable the effective positioning of the Companies solution portfolio in terms of business process optimization, innovation, ease of use, time to value and customer Value and/or RoIe.
• Provides know-how transfer and training to sales and pre-sales, to deliver best in class demos, solution designs and winning bids. Works with Marketing to provide input into content creation (value proposition, scripts, presentations, etc.) and roll-out of enablement plans to local sales and pre-sales teams to turn leads into qualified opportunities.
• Supports the sales and pre-sales teams in defining deal strategies, answering RFPs, creating effective customer presentations and, in essence, successful bids. Is a subject matter expert for industry/LoB best practices within the designated target market(s) and actively facilitates the sales and pre-sales community in Unit4 and partner organizations to become subject matter experts as well.
• Represents the organization as a thought leader in (industry) conferences, by supporting the creation of white papers, blogs and participating actively in (industry) forums on social media


Education/Experience:

• BS degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
• 7+ years relevant experience (ERP domain)
• Well recognized solution knowledge in the designated industry and/or LoB domain.
• Solid knowledge around the key business processes and best practices in the target industry/LoB areas.
• Good track record of delivering and managing successful pre-sales activities in the context of business (process) management applications.
• Track record in designing and delivering winning solution proposals to larger accounts.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills to both business and technical audiences. Ability to influence and coach team members and enable them to become successful on their own.
