Job Description

Able to work remotely and flexible hours

We are a fast growing and reputable preschool with multiple centres. Our organization presents multiple growth and learning opportunities

  • Prepare financial and centre reports (eg petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment, revenue, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, etc.)
  • Know how to use Quickbooks accounting
  • Liaise with company secretary for preparation of year end financials, tax filing and other statutory reports
  • Be independent in keeping track of detailed receivables and payables and follow up with clients and vendors accordingly
  • Handle relationships with external vendors such as banks, enrichment, handyman, etc
  • Access Corpass to deal with CPF, salaries, employment passes, etc
  • Work with multiple Centre leaders on a daily basis
  • Input data into ECDA Child Care Link, One@ECDA, EMS (eg particulars of new teachers, reporting of cases of infectious diseases, subsidy)
  • Handle marketing efforts including parent enquiries
  • Handle ad hoc duties as and when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline / GCE O level with 1 year of administrative experience
  • Strong in accounting, excel, Quickbooks, powerpoint, google apps
  • Ability to mutli-task
  • Strong organization skill with ability to execute and follow through
  • Enjoys dealing and interacting with people, especially young children
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Willing and ability to learn new things all the time
  • Can start work immediately or at short notice period
