Job Description

1. Student Matters - Registration, Records. Oversee the Student Matters which includes:

  • Students registration, school tours
  • Maintenance of the School Management System
  • Managing the enrichment classes (maintaining records of students on enrichment and working with vendor)
  • New Students Orientation

2. Procurement. Manage the procurement process at the centre and keep track of inventory stock

  • Uniforms, school bags and hats
  • Readers
  • Teaching materials and stationery
  • School-based events

3. Communications. Administering the SOPs on communications at the centre.

  • Walk-ins
  • Enquiries over phone and emails
  • Communications over letters and school management system

4. Finance-related Matters. Oversee the Finance-related Matters which includes:

  • Collection of registration fees, deposit, school fees, enrichment classes, monies from field trip, K2 camps, photos, etc.
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Fixed Assets Schedule
  • Management of expenses and budget
  • Management of payment and procurement (PR forms and WSIP)
  • Annual budgeting for the centre
  • Working with Finance Outsource on financial statements for MPSPL

5. Administration. Managing the administration matters at the centres including:

  • HR matters (Overseeing the leave administration, new hires information, payroll, medical claims, probation, confirmation, resignation, long service award, retirement, staff benefits)
  • IT matters (email creation/deletion, liaising with IT vendor for the centre)
  • Maintenance issues for premise and equipment
  • Monitoring the contracts for the centre (i.e. photocopier, telecommunications, lift etc)

6. Other duties as assigned by HQ
