Reporting to the Divisional Manager. A Principal consultant will work as part of a dynamic and multinational team within WRS.
This role will suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant seeking a more qualitative role OR an existing Business Development Consultant.
To be successful in this role, you need to:
- Be a goal-orientated individual
- Have the speed of thought to spot angles to up-sell and cross-sell
- Be a team player yet capable of operating autonomously
- Possess a high level of both written and verbal communication skills
- Have a confident approach
- Have an innate desire to be successful and a willingness to commit that this role requires, as well as the resilience to deal with the inevitable challenges that a sales role brings.
- Have a track record of high achievement in the previous role
