Job Description:

· Managing the Organizations procurement and logistics through overall procurement strategy, sourcing portfolio management and transparency of spending.

· Develop and build relationships with vendors and key suppliers.

· Coordinates, organizes, and oversees all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of supplier equipments and services.

· Negotiate pricing and control costs based on project specific budgets and organizational targets

· Develop a yearly budget depending on procurement needs

· Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking and estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques

· Planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as storage, inventory and transportation.


· At least 10 years of relevant working experience in Procurement

· Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant tools in field of EICA

· Understanding of market dynamics, commodity variations and business judgement

· Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships


· Negotiation Skills,

· Understanding of e-business / e-procurement systems
