Our client, an established technology solution company, is inviting dynamic individuals to join their team.Responsibilities:Sourcing
Pro-actively engage business stakeholders and Finance teams to identify sourcing and savings opportunities.
Develop category strategies through spend analysis and partner with key business stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing.
Drive cost savings from strategic sourcing (tenders, reverse auctions etc) and other procurement levers.
Lead strategic supplier negotiations.
Rationalise supplier base and develop preferred supplier panels where required.
Manage purchase risk through risk assessments, supplier performance evaluation and manage issues for escalation.
Ensure effective implementation of Procurement contracts
Drive contract negotiations with suppliers with support from key stakeholders
Provide market knowledge, intelligence and expertise while working closely with business stakeholders and suppliers.Supplier Management
Support development of overall Supplier Management strategy and definition of strategic objectives for key suppliers.
Develop supplier performance measurement programmes and reporting for key suppliers.
Develop and conduct regular supplier scorecard and opportunity assessments for key suppliers.
Responsible for Travel Operations management including acting as the key liaison with the appointed Travel Management Company (TMC) to drive improvements in travel processes and as the business owner of online travel tools.
Overall responsibility for ensuring TMC meets SLAs
Responsible for Travel Spend reports for Senior Management in the company
Supervisory role over OS in Travel OperationsGovernance, Process improvement and Procurement Operations
Enforce governance to procurement policy throughout the procurement cycle.
Guide business users on procurement policy and practices.
Support projects on continuous improvement relating to policies, supplier relationships and contracts/agreement/price listsThe ideal candidate should have/ be:
Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a Procurement Sourcing role.
Comprehensive understanding of Source to pay process.
Possess a strategic focus with the ability to analyse, formulate and implement procurement strategies to significantly reduce costs
Strong influencing, collaboration, sourcing project management and negotiation skills.
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Familiarity with constructing presentations, organisation communications, and business cases
Knowledge in the use of e-sourcing tools such as Ariba and systems such as SAP will be beneficial.How to Apply:
