Job Description:

  • Assist in the change management such as coordinating the system issues faced by the users.
  • Prepare recommendation reports/presentations on the system issues faced and the possible solutions to be taken by respective stakeholders.
  • Perform data cleansing, data analytics for procurement risk management, gaining insights from the government and grassroots data, identifying trends and potential areas for procurement policy reviews.
  • Review procurement documents prepared by divisions/Units to ensure compliance to Government Instruction Manual on Procurement and optimise the benefits of value for money procurement.
  • Provide advice to Divisions/Units and Grassroots Organisations on any procurement issues.
  • Assist in the review of the procurement templates, forms and the re-organisation of the materials in Intranet.
  • Provide support to address procurement issues

Job Requirements:

. At least 2 years of experience in procurement process

. Familiar on Government IM

. Proficient in using GeBIZ, MS exceland some data analytics skills/experience

Work Arrangement:

Mon - Fri: 9am - 630pm

Location: Near Jalan Besar

Contract Duration: 1 Year
