The role serves to focus on product marketing relating to IoT solution and services. Candidate will need to develop and execute marketing strategy to position Singtel IoT solution and services as a thought-leader and an end-to-end service provider, in partnership with the Line of Business; pivoting to 5G as umbrella.
The main job responsibilities includes:
  • Develop and execute overall product marketing strategies and roadmap for IoT Solution Services and capabilities across region and sales segments; pivoting to 5G as umbrella
  • Ensure A&P plan and marketing executions for customer engagement, and digital support overall product revenue, profit and market share targets in Group Enterprise.
  • Partner Sales and Product houses to drive lead generation and thought leadership through multi-channel touchpoints.
  • Partner 5G and Cloud product marketing to create synergy to build 5G thought leadership
  • Collaborate with other GEM Product Marketing Managers to create cross-LoB, solution centric marketing campaigns and customer engagement (where applicable)
  • Disciplined execution of the interlock and cadence with cross-functional marketing teams, sales and product house through planned and structured approach.
  • Clear baseline of product positioning, value proposition document and plan.
  • Partner Sales to ensure timely rollout of sales enablement content.
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools (e.g. collaterals, customer events and training) that support the selling process of your products.
  • Plan & create campaign messaging and content as required to support ongoing marketing initiatives; evaluate the performance and ROI campaigns
  • Partner Sales and Product houses to drive lead generation and thought leadership activations through multi-channel touchpoints; using the broad spectrum of marketing activations to engage and build mindshare with targeted segments to support marketing strategy and business plans; internal triangulation with marketing communications and digital team
  • Develop product marketing collateral such as website pages, white papers, webinars, videos, decks, and data sheets supporting the buyer's journey communicating the value of Singtel enterprise services and offerings
  • Develop case studies and customer testimonials for content marketing and marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for preparing materials and organizing events to engage research analysts. Market and customer research including voice-of-customer surveys and Market share analysis (where applicable)
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams from product, sales and marketing
  • Excel and execute new product and services launches.

The successful candidate should possess:
  • Minimum a Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • 5 to 10 years of IT solution marketing experience. Experienced in System integrator environments, focusing on Enterprise Customer Segments that needs complex IT solutions and services, ranging from Data centre, outsourcing and managed services.
  • Ability to work with agencies and industry and MNC partners.
  • Good experience in startups marketing preferred.
  • Deep hands-on planning and executional experience in above the line and below the line marketing (events, b2b customer engagements)
  • Local and regional marketing experiences in a B2B tech industry.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
  • Good understanding on new media – digital and social media marketing ​​​​​​​
