The Role Responsibilities

  • This role works within the Client Coverage %26ndash; Credit team and will support the requirements from external projects that are mainly either transformative or regulatory driven.

  • Works collaboratively with Product Management and the Delivery Team to support the success of the required Project/Programme

  • Has ownership of key project deliverables, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and bring them along the project delivery journey

  • Leading the requirements gathering and produce analysis artefacts to drive change initiatives: operating model, process maps and business requirements

  • Support the engagement of key stakeholders across Front line, Risk, Policy etc.

  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements 

  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product

  • Within sprints, assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Banking / Finance / Management from a reputable university

  • Significant product delivery and business implementation delivery or management both at scale and volume%26ndash; either global or regional coverage, supporting multiple impacted business functions.

  • Experience in deliveries using Agile methodology.

  • Project Management Experience

  • Demonstrable experience of managing or influencing multiple teams across locations

  • Sound knowledge of Credit process would be preferred

  • 10+ years of Experience with the Banking and Finance Industry

  • Product Owner Experience is Desirable

  • Business Analysis Skills Required
