The Experimental Cancer tReatment Unit (ECRU) is looking for a program executive/manager to provide operational and administrative support for the group. Integral part of this job is to facilitate the co-ordination of trials screening for patients who have been referred to National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) via the Oncoshot Platform. The incumbent will support the Project EISE Clinical Trials ecosystem by enabling the accurate and updated data capture of clinical trials within the Oncoshot system and the validation of the clinical trials matching software within the NCCS Molecular Tumour Board. The role requires working closely with clinical informatics team to curate clinico-genomics database, and there will be an opportunity to build a team in NCCS as well as coordinating Asia Drug Development Network (ADDN).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organise programs and activities to support the strategic direction of ECRU.
- Develop budget and operating plan for the program.
- Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Manage the project's Clinical Trials Hotline:
- Manage direct referrals from Oncoshot operational team, patient queries and any other referral sources.
- Help to collate medical history, clinical trials recommendations from Oncoshot.
- Help to track status of patients in relation to successful screening and enrolment of patients referred via the Hotline.
- Assist with anonymised profile creation and validation of clinical trial matching tool during NCCS Molecular Tumour Board.
- Assist with trial screening on behalf of NCCS medical Oncologists/NCCS patients.
- Provide regular bi-weekly consolidated feedback to Oncoshot team.
- Coordinate data transfer from Dept of Clinical Informatics to Oncoshot via encrypted storage device.
- Consolidate data reports.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Biomedical Science (scientific knowledge of molecular biology) with experience in research or healthcare setting.
- Familiar with PDPA, HBRA, GCP and trials regulatory framework.
- Meticulous, fast and accurate with an excellent command of English.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Committed team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
