The Role

Reporting to Vice President & Head, Corporate Real Estate Services
About the Corporate function
Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) encompasses diverse professional functions, including Facilities management (FM), Environmental Services (ES), Security, Biomedical Engineering (BME), Real Estate and Workplace (REW), Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Technical Services to support IHH Singapore's wide spectrum of facilities and businesses.
Our extensive work involves the whole lifecycle of assets ranging from real estate acquisition and development, infrastructure renewal, to building performance enhancement, maintenance, program management, workplace strategy, technical Services, sustainability and disposal.
Armed with a deep bench of expertise in developing and managing a diversified portfolio, CRES is well placed to enhance the performance of IHH Singapore's assets and strengthen user experience in a rapidly evolving landscape to deliver sustainable value to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key accountabilities

1. Report to Vice President & Head, Corporate Real Estate Services
2. Responsible for Program management, Change management, Administration and Integration of all CRES project initiatives. Lead as Subject matter expert for program management, project planning and change management.
3. Oversight of CRES projects and initiatives including tracking of progress of each COEs. 4. Recommend improvement and changes to each centre of excellence and alignment to overall function goals and objectives.
5. Develop communication plan for specific initiatives to generate behaviour change and awareness.
6. Respond to key stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Work closely with corporate functions for budgetary and spent
8. Appropriately handle highly confidential materials when interfacing with the business and functions.
9. 1st level review of paper submitted by department heads
10. Constructs a tale of the business problem, root cause, solution options, and opportunities through illustrating data visually, including reports and dashboards
11. Interprets information relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks and leverages analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns to drive change.
12. Part of the team to support the administration and planning needs of the VP & Head, CRES.
Qualifications & Experience

1. Degree holder (Business or Real Estate Degree)
2. PMP or Program Management certification is a plus.
3. Able to adapt to a fast pace working environment.
4. Mature, Tech-savvy, independent and accustomed to hybrid working environment.
5. Able to sense the latest industry trend in the domain of Corporate real estate.
