Job Description

-Oversees development projects during the planning and conception stage
-Responsible for coordination and alignment of engineering, quality and execution planning activities of Contractors from development to prefeed, feed stages to complete delivery of the project
-Coordinates internal and external interfaces including working closely with the internal Project Teams and that of partners and stakeholders
-Supervise the construction and development of projects including timely milestone reporting during the execution phase to the commercial phase of the project
- Lead the marketing team to respond to tender bids, enquiries and contract review activities with customers
- Develop and foster working relationship with potential customers, as well as connect and enhance strong client relations with existing customers
- Be sensitive to industry trends and developments so as to explore and exploit business opportunities
- Develop business strategies to spearhead future growth of the Company’s business by identifying and evaluating new market potential and business opportunities
- Responsible for Marketing Department operational budget and training programmes
- Manage the career development and training of the marketing teamJOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering and experience in Project Management
​- At least 8 years of marketing experience in a management position
- A good understanding of the industry, market conditions and Company’s present conditions
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Good understanding of contractual matters
- Good technical knowledge of rigs, ships and offshore platforms
- Onshore project EPC experience is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good understanding of business protocols and relationship building with clients
