Liaise with procurement to ensure ample time for issuance of PO / subcontractors to various suppliers.
Review inquiry documents for supply quotations to ensure completeness of scope.
Liaise with off-site fabricators / Suppliers to ensure subsequent compliance with the scope of services and delivery programs
Coordinate site activities with the various site managers.
Preparation and review of short term and medium-term programs to ensure compliance with client Handover dates.
Coordinate the activities of the Site Supervisors.
Ensure timely submission of work method statements and other sample and material submissions.
Liaise with site QA staff to ensure quality and workmanship relating to subcontract installations.
Attendance at client site meetings and representation of company.
Implement the necessary actions generated from the weekly internal site progress meetings.
Ensure site related OH&S regulations are followed.
Work with the Senior Manager for weekly reports, progress claims, and contractual submissions.
Ensure proper sign off of delivery records by the Site Supervisors.
Identify issues requiring corrective or additional design action and liaise with various consultants and suppliers to expedite resolution.
Review cranage, scaffold, equipment and access requirements for works on-site.
Liaise/manage with off-site suppliers regarding deliveries.
Coordinate inspections by third-party inspectors and clerk of works.
Provide details to the Commercial team for the preparation of variation claims/EOT claims.
Liaise with subcontractors on a daily basis to discuss deliveries, fabrication/painting status, and overall site program.
Ensure site safety issues are addressed.
Participate in Monthly review meetings with senior management.
Any other works as directed by the management.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
Minimum Experience: 5 years of related experience
Possess driving license and own transportation
