The Role Responsibilities
This role is part of a client focussed, supportive and ambitious team which collaborates across the entirety of the global footprint and the Corporate and Institutional Banking segments.
We are seeking a dynamic, well balanced and creative project professional with experience of Client Lifecycles and implementing innovations within a financial services environment. Client onboarding is recognised to board level as key pillars supporting the SCB digitisation agenda and the Electronic Signatures project is a key part of this delivery. A strong project management skillset combined with enthusiasm and experience matching the bank wide delivery aspirations will help a candidate find success in this position.

  • Support the delivery of the Electronic Signatures roll out across the global footprint and client processes.

  • Identify key enablers to delivering the strategy.

  • Driving and managing delivery across partner teams. Partnering closely with teams across the bank to achieve clearly communicated joint outcomes.


  • Alignment with business stakeholders to ensure the project delivery is in line with client, business and the banks aspirations.

  • Ability to present to, influence and seek endorsement from senior stakeholders bank wide by clearly communicating Electronic Signatures progress, aspirations and any challenges faced.

  • Provide a key contact point with Electronic Signature vendors alongside the CPO


  • Ensure any project plan encompasses the require process approvals and work to make Electronic Signatures a success

  • Experience of incorporating process work to planning and delivery tracking.

  • Driving process change through influencing change managers, product owners and policy/process owners

  • Ensure that Electronic Signatures is correctly budgeted and tracked for delivery against funding in Financial Year

People and Talent

  • Have experience of delivering projects through matrix alignment and soft skills

Risk Management

  • Driving and managing delivery across partner teams.

  • Working closely with Risk Colleagues to ensure all necessary risk assessments and tracking is undertaken as part of the project


  • Be a champion for change &ndash using influencing skills, collaboration and soft skills to lead a step change in processes around Electronic Signatures, bank wide.

  • Deputise for the CPO in various forums related to Electronic Signatures.

  • Co-ordinate working groups related to Electronic Signatures

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 8+Years experience of delivering Digital Transformation in a Financial Institution

  • Experience of aligning senior stakeholders to a Digital Vision and delivery plan

  • Experience of Digital Transformation for Client Processes

  • Experience of Agile Delivery

  • Team Leadership

  • Experience of Electronic Signatures

  • Project Management Qualification
