Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and assist in leading and managing a team in purchasing and inventory control.
  • Developing and documenting standard operating procedures for purchasing function.
  • Verify inventory closing reports and posting.
  • Prepare management reports and submit to finance team.
  • Manage consignment projects and submission on monthly sales reports to vendors.
  • Manage return of delisted and excessive stocks to vendors.
  • Coordinating incoming shipments, as and when necessary.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics and Operations Management or related studies
  • At least of 5 to 6 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
