Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experiencedQuality Managerto join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • Coordinate and perform day to day activities including providing support of management of quality on the allocated project in co-ordination with the Project Director

  • Providing advice to the project/development team and advising managers on all matters relating to Statutory Legislation and Lendlease policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate and perform audits being carried out on the project in accordance with GMR requirements and monitor all statutory documentation/registers to ensure they are maintained across the project/development.

  • Maintain working relationships with internal and external (contractors, subcontractors, vendors) team members to ensure collaboration.


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering, Science, or Environmental Management, combined with advanced subject matter knowledge across the function and advanced people management skills.

  • Experience in and Quality role, and/or knowledge of the construction industry and relevant legislation.

  • Customer service skills, combined with communication skills, both oral and written including the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
