Our client has a strong presence in Asia within the Pharmaceutical industry. They have recently set up their Asia Headquarter in Singapore. There is now a newly created position for a Regional HR Communication & Employer Branding Specialist.
As a HR Comms and Employer Branding Specialist, you will provide support and work closely with the HR Director and senior leaders.
You will co-design and develop a robust HR communication strategy that aligns with the organisation. You will understand the corporate goals and strategies and integrate them into communications and outreach activities. You will provide support for executive communications, media relations, corporate initiatives and engagement campaigns. Creating and publicising content for all communication channels, including both Asia & Pacific and global intranet site forms a crucial part of your role.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will drive Internal HR Communication function to improve engagement with Associates. You are instrumental in promoting Group Brand Identity by designing and rolling out regional branding strategies and ensuring that each country’s branding strategy aligns with the Group policy and guidelines. You will work closely with your counterparts in other offices to streamline all communications within the organisation.
You will have 5 years of experience in HR employee engagement, internal communications and have worked in an MNC environment previously. Prior working experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector would be an advantage. You will possess strong organisational skill and the ability to think analytically.
