Job Description

What You Will Learn:
  • Support functional teams in end-to-end administration of internal training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of internal training programs
  • Assist in planning and execution of learning programs
  • Maintain and update learning resources on the regional intranet and training catalogue
  • Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager

What We Look For:
  • Currently studying at a recognized institution
  • Has a keen interest in pursuing a career in Learning and Development or is passionate about promoting a culture of continuous learning
  • Has experience in organising programs or large-scale activities
  • Possesses excellent written, verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, and is an efficient multi-tasker
  • Enthusiastic team player, who is committed to contributing to the team and growing together with us
  • Proficient in Google products (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail etc.)
  • Preferably able to understand and converse well in Mandarin

Time Period:

  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
