Job Description:
  • Responsible for content analytics (spanning KOLs, social media) for 8 markets (SEA + TW + BR)
  • Provides data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations for improving social media engagement, acquisition, retention and conversion across all channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok), utilizing native platforms and social data aggregation tools
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to provide insight and recommendations about social media campaigns
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting templates, leading creation of content analytics reports
  • Must be comfortable presenting complex information to a diverse crowd of stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Evaluate market conditions and competitor data to identify emerging trends and to recommend learnings and action points to optimise results
  • Guide markets in content learnings, adoption of best practices, cross-market sharing
  • Supports additional projects as requested

  • At least 4 years of experience in a marketing related role, with business intelligence/data science/analytics background preferred
  • Excellent data visualisation and presentation skills is a must
  • Experience with social media content analysis (knowledge spanning influencers, social listening, and social media) is a must
  • Advantage to have experience with associated analytic tools (socialbakers, affable, talkwalker, etc.)
  • Advantage to have experience with C++ / Python to perform advanced statistical analysis and / or automation
  • Advantage to have been in a regional role, with understanding of SEA markets
