The Role
As the Regional Program Solutions and Operations, you will be responsible for creating and developing the Supply Chain strategy and drive digital transformation for Lazada Global Fulfilment. You are required to facilitate cross-functional relationship between product, operations, planning and solutions department to define business requirements, high level technical solutions, and manage all aspects of the project execution. You will be responsible for the business growth for the country or product assign.

. Identifying opportunity and convert business use-cases into business requirement documentation.
. Create and measure the success of each solutions in accordance to the set target. Be prepared to enhance or change the solution for better result.
. Execute vision with Product and Tech Team to resource, prioritize and manage product readiness for critical business project.
. Build and manage strategic internal and external partnerships that support supply chain strategy and technology. Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competition.
. Drive efficiency initiatives and at the same time growth opportunity through product automation.
. Act as business partner and thought leader to Supply Chain, Network Design, Operations, Planning and Solution Head.
. Prepare configuration documentation and maintenance to support base-line product operations.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor/Master degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical skills.
. 5+ years of supply chain and eCommerce experience. Having a Supply Chain Transformation experience is a plus.
. Strategic thinking with ability to identify emerging issues analyse potential impact and problem-solving skills to deliver alternative workable solutions under limited tech system features or development resources.
. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
. Excellent stakeholder and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously.
. Manage through ambiguity and uncertainty, and drive clarity in complex projects and situations
. Language capability - Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) for effective communication with clients/stakeholders in China and SEA.
