This role will need to work to develop and implement our sales and channel strategy which provides the direction for our brands positioning and portfolio of formats in the core sales channels (on and off premise). Reporting to the country manager, this role will be key to sales and route to market planning with strong budget/ROI management. He/she will execute the channel programs and activities plan, review the execution effectiveness for further improvement. In addition, the role will work closely with distributor and will be the owner distributor management. The candidate should be a strong negotiator and enjoy seeing strategy/projects/plans/activities coming to live from planning to execution. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the sales and channel strategy (brands positioning, format portfolio)
Develop and execute yearly sales plan by channel (trade and consumer programs)
Owner of distributor management and performance (sell in / sell out sales, inventory, forecasting, sales force efficiencies)
RTM and sale force efficiencies management
Responsible for forecast to sales process (S&OP)
Owner sales and trade budget - Meet the defined ROI / objectives for the trade investment, budget control and management.
Develop sales analytics to drive business understanding and decision
Develop consumer, customer and channel insights
Covers countries of SG, MY, PH, ID
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years experience in sales and distributor management
Preferably educational background of Business Management, Marketing or Operations Management
Hands on professional, with tactical acumen and strong execution capabilities
Analytical and able to generate actionable insights from analysis
Process driven and commercial acumen
