Sales Administrator

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator. In this role, you will verify customer information, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports.

To ensure success, sales administrators should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

. Handle all documentation to be sent to clients (e.g. sales proposals and contracts)

. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

. Verifying orders & collate required documents for proceedings

. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

. Expediting orders through internal liaison.

. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

. Any ad hoc tasks as required by sales team

Requirements and skills

. Possess sales knowledge would be an advantage

. Excellent customer skills and interpersonal skills

. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

. Understanding of sales performance metrics

. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

. Ability to work under strict deadlines
