Job Description


MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide in-OR/Cath-Lab support to facilitate adoption of MDT Cardiac Rhythm Management technology during implant procedures as well as in-field support for CRM patient follow-ups. Create strong adoption/demand from clinical stakeholders and build robust relationships with clinicians based on unparalleled therapy insights. Develop towards delivering a comprehensive training and education value offering. Opportunity to develop into field of Cardiac Electrophysiology.
This role actively generates sales through clinical support - will be measured against a sales target and will qualify for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Responsible for driving & generating CRM sales within the identified territory and accounts.
. Provides clinical and technical support to clinical stakeholders for CRM products, with opportunity to develop into field of Electrophysiology.
. Provides clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, and patient follow up of company products.
. May provide follow-up support to the regional sales teams and external stakeholders by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
. Provides the clinical stakeholder with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
. May deliver technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
. Delivers on-site education and consulting and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
. Key business interactions in coordination with Strategic Accounts Manager if applicable.
. Coordination with clinical stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of MDT technology.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
. National Diploma in Cardiac Clinical Technology - compulsory
. Business or marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification - advantageous
JOB EXPERIENCE
. At least 2 years sales and/or clinical experience in the field of Cardiac Pacing which includes experience with Brady/Tachy Pacing, ICD as well as CRT therapies.
. Relevant product and industry knowledge
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
. National Diploma in Cardiac Clinical Technology - compulsory
