Job Description

This person will act as a liaison between the Product and the Engineering team and the Sales team and should be able to understand our technology portfolio in detail and be able to convey functional information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for leading and managing sales initiatives both as primary technical contact role.
• In conjunction with the sales team, develop an in-depth understanding of the customer’s business and its structure, market practices, requirements and challenges;
• Gather technical requirements, understand customers and work closely with sales and engineering team in articulating solutions to customers;
• Prepares and delivers pre-sales presentations, demonstration, and preparing cost evaluations;
• Prepares Technical proposals and submissions in timelines with customer/partner requirements
• Partner technical enablement and support onboarding
• Support the sales team by taking a consultative role in supporting customers’ evaluation processes, including making architectural recommendations, troubleshooting development/configuration issues, and managing escalation to engineering and operations team;.
• Support the Product and Engineering team by relaying customers’ technical needs and help identify demand in key areas of the product roadmap;
• Support the executive team in identifying emerging trends in the marketplace;
• Support the engineering and executive team by keeping track of competitor offerings and maintaining competitor profiles;
• Drive efforts to make customers aware of new functionality and services offered by the company;
• Ensure the company remains proactive and responsive to existing and prospective clients’ needs;
• Identify new engagement opportunities for the company;
• Coordinates sales effort with sales management, accounting and engineering teams
• Manage all projects in accordance with internal development processes and tools
• Participate in technical integration and implementation solution specification discussions;
• Enables and Owns Partner/Customer POC and Pilot Tests
• Degree in Computer Science or related or equivalent prior work experience
• Min. 4-5 years’ relevant work experience in a software sales engineering/pre-sales support position
• Emphasis on building solutions and consultative basis
• Deep understanding of information management, workflow and market trends
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology in a business context
• Able to travel extensively upto 50% of the time.
• Knowledge of WEBRTC is a plus
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English language for both business and technical audiences
• Superior technical and product demonstration and training skills – both online and in person in structured and unstructured sessions
• Excellent consultative and customer service skills
